Veterinary Receptionist

Location: Calera, AL

MAC Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!

As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will manage the flow of walk-ins, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

The full-time schedule is 3 10-hour days, 2 half-days (one being Saturday). Two Saturdays per month are required.

Full-time benefits and compensation:

  • Compensation: $12.00-$15.00/hour (based on experience) **per hour worked
  • FT Scheduling: Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
